1. Day before cooking, submerge & soak peach gum in 500ml water overnight at room
temperature until expanded and softened (once rehydrated will triple in size)
2. Rinse the rest of the ingredients. Add into a pot with 1.2L water.
3. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 30 mins.
4. Add rehydrated peach gum to pot. Continue to simmer for 15 mins.
5. Serve warm or chilled.
1. 烹飪前一天,將桃膠在室溫下浸入 500 毫升水中並浸泡一夜,
直至膨脹和軟化(大小會增加三倍)
2. 沖洗其餘配料。加入裝有 1.2L 水的鍋中。
3. 煮沸,然後把火調低。燉30分鐘。
4. 將再膨脹的桃膠加入鍋中。繼續燉15分鐘。
5. 趁熱食用或冷藏食用
